Aramouzly Cosmetics is not responsible for lost/ damaged packages.

 

If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email Aramouzly Cosmetics. Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps me attend to your needs quicker, send proof of your order, and information, and a picture of the items that you received. Aramouzly Cosmetics will personalize your own discount code for your next purchase to make up for the mix up!

Package Sent Back? This happened due to an insufficient address, when filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.

 

Aramouzly Cosmetics is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.

If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting Aramouzly Cosmetics. The Consumer has 3 days to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue. Due to the popularity of my brand, I receive hundreds of emails daily, please make sure you emphasize your issue at the subject line when reaching out so that it is easy for me to attend to your needs and make sure the issue is resolved!

Aramouzly Cosmetics is not responsible for any allergies/injuries. Ingredients are listed within every product description! All products are made in a sanitized, and clean area, and cleansed after production!
